OYGA S.L. manages archives and documentation on behalf of public and private organisations.

OYGA S.L. was created in response to two needs experienced by organisations:  firstly, the need to efficiently and economically manage documentation that they generate when carrying out their normal activities within the legally required time limits and with the legally required guarantees; and secondly, the need to optimise the space and resources devoted to archives and documentation which, in most cases, are insufficient, inadequate or not economical.

The company was established on 16 February 1998. The corporate purpose, as stated in its deed of constitution, is to provide a service archiving, storing, managing (electronically or manually), organising, transporting, preserving and destroying all types of documentary archives and bibliographical stocks.
